What do you bring to the table?

  • Associate degree in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure Technology
  • VCA-VOL (or willing to obtain this as soon as possible)
  • Relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full-time availability

What will you do?

Together with work preparation and engineering, you plan and coordinate horizontal directional drillings. You lead various drilling teams and are present on-site daily. You ensure a good working atmosphere within the teams and monitor the safety and quality of the execution. As a superintendent, you are the primary point of contact for the drilling teams and clients, and you report to the Operations Manager. With your leadership and interpersonal skills, you motivate the team.
